ESA + Grant

Students who currently receive the ESA+ Grant can complete a triennial reevaluation with our assistance. Clear Foundations provides reevaluation for students and completes the ESA+ continued eligibility form. By completing the reevaluation with Clear Foundations, families are able to bypass the public school’s Individualized Education Program (IEP) Team.
